OUTHOLD is a game and an ad board. You claim one of ten spots, other people offer you money for it, and you decide whether to sell. It is not an exchange, an investment, or a financial product.

You don’t need an account to put something on the free list. You do need one to hold a spot, make an offer or refuse one, because all three involve money.

If you have an account, you’re responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. One per person, and don’t make extras to bid on yourself.

Credits are bought at 1 credit = $1 and exist only to place offers on this site. They aren’t money, don’t earn interest, and can’t be transferred to anyone else.

Credits held inside a live offer are returned in full if the offer is declined, ignored or withdrawn. Unspent credits aren’t withdrawable — decide before you buy. Money you earn from selling a spot is separate and can be paid to your bank.

When an offer is accepted, OUTHOLD keeps 50% of the amount and the seller keeps the rest. That is the only fee. It is shown on the offer form, on the accept button, and in your statement before anything happens.

You need the right to advertise whatever you put in a spot. Nothing illegal, deceptive, malicious, sexual, or impersonating someone else. We can remove a spot that breaks this; live offers on it are returned in full.

Products on the board belong to the people who put them there. OUTHOLD doesn’t endorse, vet, or vouch for any of them.

We store a random id in a first-party cookie so the visitor count doesn’t double-count your browser, and we count click-throughs to products on the board. No IP addresses, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics, and nothing shared with anyone.

Declined, ignored and withdrawn offers return their credits automatically and immediately — that’s built into how the site works, not a favour. Completed sales are final: once a holder accepts, the spot has changed hands and the money has moved.

If something goes wrong on our end, email us and we’ll fix it.

You can stop using the site whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours, any credits held in live offers are returned and any earnings you’ve already made are still yours.

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and the numbers correct, but we’re not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, or anything else beyond the amounts you’ve actually paid us.
